After mentioning sketchbooks in my journal I felt like scanning and showing you some of the said stuff!

From upper left to bottom right.

- I was looking for something to scan and this looked better than I remembered. Sweet, sweet SaKai.
- Kids, never become anime characters or you'll be used as models in anatomy practice.
- CENSORED TEXT and KAMINA'S BUTT
- This page amused me, mainly because of the "DAMMIT" in the middle.
- A nonexistent shop... place... thing doodled in math or physics class.
- Happy Kaiji.

I think the laughing kanji/lol on the top is a bit off, but bleh.

Harmi vaan, että kuvat itsessään ovat niin hyvää mieltä herättäviä, että kateudessa ja katkeruudessa likominen ei onnistu!

Usein suttuja tehdessä luonnostelen pelkästään "pää

allon" jossa on risti katseen suuntaa varten ja sitten pari viivaa käsiks jne. Eli luonnoksissa et hirveesti luonnosviivoja näe (öh tuota). :'D

Oikeasti, ihanaa kuulla että piirrokset saa jonkun toisen hyvälle tuulelle! Kiitos kauniista sanoista!

I love drawing (as well as looking at) buildings. Lucky for you the comic/story idea I've had in my head for a while inculdes a suburb with pretty houses, but unfortunately I have no idea when it's going to materialize. So lazy OTL

Ahh, such good news. <3 You won't unfortunately get anything done if you just sit about and wait for it to materialize into your paper. 8') You should take a goal of working atleast a bit of your comic everyday. Even pondering about it helps, or just thumbnailing and sketching ideas..

Ahhh so true. <: D I think about the characters a lot but I don't have any full storylines ready (only scenes), but when I have the time I'd like to try working on a comic - bit by bit. : D

I know from experience that when you start working on a comic - you can't stop. 8) And you don't need to plan anything ahead either, I have about half of my storyline done in my head and the rest are setting in place as I keep drawing it. It's a pretty great feeling to have your own storyline stitch it's own plotholes shut *_*

Voi vitsit miten ihanaa sketsumateriaalia~ *3* Sulla on niin ihanan rentoa viivaa että näitä on tosiaan ilo katsoa, erityisesti viimeisen sivun ilmekollaasi on jotenkin erityisen kiva. Tulee mieleen sellaiset ideataulut, joita animehahmoista ja niiden ilmeistä tehdään ennen kuin sarjaa aletaan toteuttamaan, en tiedä ootko koskaan nähnyt sellaisia?

Tuo katukuvaluonnos on myös tosi kiva. Jotenkin kodikkaan tuntuinen ja en tiedä, "lämmin" jollain tavalla. Osaat tehdä ylihienoja taustoja. C:
